POSITION 1: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

REQUIREMENT: The right candidate must

  • Possess a minimum of a first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Possess a minimum of 5years relevant work experience in general HR, out of which 3years must have been spent on an Assistant Manager level.
  • Possess excellent communication and human relations skills
  • Be internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Be self driven and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Membership of CIPM or other HR professional bodies will be an advantage.

 

POSITION 2: HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALISTS

REQUIREMENT: The right candidate must

  • Possess a minimum of a first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Possess a minimum of 3years experience in payroll administration and /or Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Possess excellent planning and organizing skills; with an eye for details
  • Be Information Technology (IT) savvy
  • Membership of CIPM or other HR professional bodies will be an advantage.

 

POSITION 3: PROGRAMS ASSISTANT (DLA)

REQUIREMENT: The right candidate must:

  • Possess a minimum of a first degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Possess a minimum of 3years experience in a similar position.
  • Possess excellent communication, administrative and customer relations skills
  • Be Information Technology (IT) savvy
  • Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
