Requirement: Job Responsibility
* Formulate/implement policies, procedures and controls that would ensure efficient running of the various teams.
* Prepare budgets and plans based on and monitor to ensure that they are executed within timeframes and standards.
* Ensure proper financial management and accounting records
* Ensure the existence of proactive people management, career development and succession planning initiatives.
* Oversee the development of the church properties and maintenance and security of its facilities and equipment.
* Develop service standards and establish a quality assurance framework to ensure that this is maintained.

Professional Requirements
Qualification & Minimum Experience
* A good first degree
* MBA or professional Qualification is an added advantage
* At least 10 years experience of which a number of years must have been spent on a Senior Management grade in a strategic /business function.
